Solving the error in TAP-HSS Adapter 64bit.and 32bit in Anchor Expat and Hotspot
Do you encounter the error when you install TAP-HSS Adapter 64bit and 32bit in anchor vpn?Something like not recognize as bat files or has an internal error as the batch files appear.Here is the simple solution to overcome that error.Step by step
1.Open your computer in SAFE MODE.You can do it by restarting the pc and before the windows open,click F8.You will see on the screen the choices from which you will navigate.Select BOOT IN SAFE MODE and wait for the windows to open.Note:don't get nervous when you see that the graphics of your windows are not in normal settings.This is natural when you are in SAFE MODE.
2.Look for the file of your TAP-HSS Adapter 64bit/32bit (the location where you save it).Then open it,from there you will see the REMOVE TAP-HSS,click that and wait for the command prompt window which says it is done already and press any key.
3.After removing the TAP-HSS ,navigate your cursor and look for Expat Folder.It is located in C-->program files-->Expat.
4.After locating the Expat files ...DELETE IT (Note:DO NOT UNINSTALL just DELETE the folder .You can check it in your recycle bin for confirmation.)
5.You can now restart your window in normal mode go to TAP-HSS Adapter 64bit/32bit and surely you can install now the hss adapter by clicking ADD_TAP HSS ADAPTER.
6.Windows will pop up and ask you to install it ,just click ok for all these windows
